Studio Class Schedule with Michelle updated for April 2021

Yin/Restorative: Tuesdays 6-7pm
This class combines traditional yin poses focusing on release of the deeper connective tissue surrounding the hips and lower spine and restorative poses which take advantage of the use of various props to allow the body to rest deeply into a posture. Poses are held in a relaxed state for longer periods of time with the aim of increasing overall circulation, improving flexibility and encouraging a deep state of relaxation.

Gentle Hatha: Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am
This class is suitable for all levels, focusing on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and gaining strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga is taught at a slow and mindful pace using classic hatha postures. The majority of the class involves seated or supine poses with some standing poses mixed in.
