YIN REIKI – ANGEL

Class Description

This class blends the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the healing resonance of live sound. Each posture is mindfully guided, allowing you to settle into position with support and ease. Once you’re in the pose, crystal singing bowls are played live, surrounding you in sound vibrations that deepen your release and quiet the mind.

By combining slow, long-held stretches with the harmonics of sound, this practice helps open the body’s connective tissues, regulate the nervous system, and create space for stillness.

Angel Montague is a certified yoga instructor, Reiki master, Shamanic practitioner and sound meditation facilitator. She draws upon these healing modalities along with astrology to help others along their own path. Angel and her husband, professional artist Taylor Montague, long-held this vision of each coming together with their offerings.  Individually we each have a lot to offer, together we have even more. Thus, Healing Arts Retreats was born in 2020. What started as an idea to combine and share their gifts to help others turned into a reality and has expanded into a family offering, including their two sons and brother, as integral parts of the whole experiences they offer.
