Wild at Heart is a ceremony to call in and honor our animal guides and helpers. We all have archetypal animal energies working with us, lending their wisdom and strengths.

This gathering will assist you in identifying the animal archetype that is currently offering you their assistance through a guided meditation and ritual.

You will also learn how to work with them and strengthen the relationship moving forward.

Please bring:

a small symbolic offering for your animal guide

pen and journal

yoga mat, blanket/pillow- whatever you need to be comfortable laying down

water
